Gary, 53, has had the initials of his four children tattooed on his inside right arm so he can keep his family close to him as he goes on the road again. The discreet black tattoo has the four letters D, E, D and P – for his children Daniel, 23, Emily, 21, Daisy, 14 and Poppy, who was tragically delivered stillborn in 2012.
Eagle-eyed fans spotted the new body inking on a pre-tour photo which Gary posted on his Instagram page. A fan page re-posted the picture and wrote: “Oohhh do we see a new tattoo also Gary?”
Amanda Cox added: “Looks like his children’s initials.” Gary has two other tattoos on his arms. He had the letter D inked on his right wrist in 2018 as a dedication to his wife Dawn on their 24th anniversary.”
He also has a flower tattoo on the inside of his left arm.
