Middle-aged singers Oasis needed a TELEPROMPTER to remind them of the words to their hit songs at their come-back gigs in Cardiff – after a 16 YEAR hiatus.

Liam and Noel Gallagher, who are 52 and 58, have got the lyrics to their tracks on prompter screens on the stage for their reunion tour. Eagle-eyed fans spotted the screens with the song words on stage at the opening night of their 41-date tour at the Principality Stadium, where they played to a crowd of 74,000 fans.

The band, which split up in 2009, have not sung together for nearly two decades and have a huge catalogue of hits to remember. Liam also admitted in 2018 that he couldn’t sing live as a solo artist without a teleprompter.

He said in an interview with NME magazine: “Oh, I do need autocue. I do have autocue. “Fucking too right… I mean, I’d say anything, whatever they put on there. If they put fucking fish and chips and fucking, you know, I’d sing that as well. It’s terrible, leaving my fucking shit in other people’s hands, but yeah, I need the autocue, man.”
