Tourists have been tiptoeing through the tulips.

They were seen in the Spring sunshine amongst the incredible kaleidoscope of coloured flowers at Britain’s last remaining bulb-fields at family-run Norfolk Tulips near King Charles’ Sandringham Estate. At the beginning of the 20th Century more than 3,000 acres of tulips were grown in Norfolk and Lincolnshire but now these are now the last bulb fields in this country, which has made them a hugely popular destination.

Norfolk Tulips has been growing tulips for more than 20 years and supplies 25 million stems to supermarkets each year. It now grows 32 different varieties and introduces new ones each year. The farm, which grows more than 100-acres of tulips, has opened to raise money for The Norfolk Hospice, Tapping House in the nearby village of Hillington.
