The Monarch, 76, who is known for wearing tweed jackets, is now selling a special version for pooches at the shop on his Royal Sandringham estate in Norfolk. The elegant coats, which are made in Sandringham Royal Tweed with a brown collar and belt, have been made exclusively for the Royal shop.
They say dogs look like their owners and now the King and Queen Camilla’s new rescue dog Moley can dress just like him.
A notice in the shop states: “Sandringham’s loyal and trusted doggy visitors to the Royal parkland have been the inspiration for this collection. Pooches in the parkland can now look effortlessly stylish whilst enjoying a walk, wearing an elegant coat made in Sandringham Royal Tweed.”
The jackets, which are “machine washable” and have a “water layer resistant” are handmade in the UK and come in small, medium and large, with prices between £39.99 and £49.99.
