Two common DOLPHINS have been spotted in a river in Cambridgeshire – 35 MILES from the sea – in an extremely rare sighting.
Wildlife photographer Simon Stirrup captured pictures of an adult and juvenile dolphin – believed to be a mother and her calf - swimming in the River Great Ouse at Earith. It is believed to be the first time common dolphins have been seen swimming in a Cambridgeshire river and comes after they were first spotted in the river near Downham Market in Norfolk earlier in the week.

Gardeners have DUG UP all FOURTEEN large yew trees in King Charles’ new climate friendly Topiary Garden on the Royal Sandringham estate in Norfolk – just weeks after they were planted.
There are big holes in the ground where the yew trees once stood in the decorative garden, which is laid out with symmetrical beds and a maze of white gravel paths. The garden was only opened to the public three months ago in July but now has big gaps in the planting. New yew trees are expected to be planted in the next few weeks.

An artist from Cornwall is creating stunning collages using RUBBISH collected on beach cleans.
Bonnie Steward collects plastic waste on beach cleans and uses the materials to create intricate collages that depict the location in her picture. Her artwork resembles a complex tapestry of layered plastic waste, including crisp packets, plastic wrappers, toothbrushes, fishing nets and tennis balls. The 25-year-old works on large scales, with many of her pictures measuring more than a metre.

Rishi, who is best known for his role as Sami Maalik in Hollyoaks, was seen smiling and laughing as he was introduced to the crew in the pretty village of Grantchester in Cambridgeshire. The actor, who was wearing his vicar robes, is set to replace Tom Brittney, who has played the part since 2019.

She was greeted by the citizens of Oz, celebrating the death of the Wicked Witch of the West, who has been killed by Dorothy.
Ed Sheeran showed he is a devoted husband as he watched wife Cherry Seaborn-Sheeran play hockey after revealing she was diagnosed with a tumour last year.
The pop star cheered on his wife from the sidelines as she played with her squad, the Harleston Magpies at the home game in Norfolk. It comes after Ed, 32, recently said he has an “unbreakable bond” with his wife after a series of traumatic events last year brought them closer together as they leant on each other for support.
